With the ready mix and a little plant drink, you can prepare and enjoy the popular American-style pancakes in a vegan version, quickly and easily. Bauckhof Spelt Kaiserschmarrn "Cut-Up Pancakes" Baking Mix, Organic, 160g

Serve the Kaiserschmarrn with icing sugar or cinnamon and sugar, with fresh fruits, stewed fruit or apple sauce as desired. One package yields 2-3 portions.
