This mixture for quick alternative to cheesecake can be used with or without eggs.

Depending on taste, you can either create delicious vegan cheesecakes by adding margarine or tofu, or traditional cheesecakes with eggs, butter and curd. This mixture is also a great basis for other variations such as vegan apple pie, chocolate cheesecake or vanilla cheesecake. Preparation approx. 5 min. baking time 65 – 75 min.

All Bauckhof cakes are gluten-free, without additives and flavour enhancers and can also be prepared without egg, milk and butter.
