This pure, deodorized cocoa butter is fair trade and has its origin in Rapunzel’s HAND IN HAND project in the Dominican Republic and Bolivia. The chips are particularly suitable for desserts, chocolate and icings. Mild taste and perfect to measure out.

Preperation: Melt the cocoa butter at moderate heat (30-35°C) and process with other ingredients as you like.
