The red, Italian balsamic vinegar comes directly from Modena, the heart of Italian vinegar production, and inspires with its intense fruitiness. The perfect combination of red and white wine vinegar with concentrated grape must gives this vinegar its intense fruitiness. With its mild acidity, it can be used in a variety of ways in the vegan kitchen. Like all Byodo vinegars, the Byodo Condimento Rosso is obtained by natural vinegar fermentation and is not sulphurated.
