The hand-crafted olive oil bottle is a nod to the terracotta tradition of the region and serves as protection against direct exposure to the light.

This extraordinary olive oil has been produced by the Muraglia family for 80 years, using the traditional method of hand harvesting. The Apulian Peranzana olives are then gently ground between granite stones and pressed in a closed extraction process. This helps the golden oil retain its classic aroma of tomatoes, rocket and artichokes with a fresh taste that’s perfect for salads and grilled vegetables.

Our tip: don’t use the olive oil for frying, as it burns at 80°C.
