This special algae, also known as “Zuckertang”, grows in the North Atlantic and the North Sea. It provides some valuable minerals and vitamins that complement the vegan diet. True to their fleshy example, the curry sausage comes with delicate spice on the plates. Maris Algen algae curry sausage impresses with aromatic smoke flavour of the beech wood smoke as well as with tasty curry spice mixture, which just blows your mind. THE perfect curry sausage alternative for pure palate.

The exclusive palm oil-free product of algae, pea protein and potato protein has been refined with rapeseed oil and can be prepared immediately in the pan or on the grill.
